    JOB SUMMARY

    Under supervision, maintains and repairs injuection molding machines, robotics, extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment; troubleshoots injection molding, extrusion equipment and auxiliary equipment; performs other work as required.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Experience: Minimum of three year of any of the following trades: injection molding, extrusion, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatics, carpentry and painting preferably in a related manufacturing environment. Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented by vocational/technical courses; or at a level sufficient to perform the requirements of the position without interpretation or special instruction. Knowledge of: Electrical schematics, manuals, and building codes.

    Precision measuring devices.

    Mechanics, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatics, carpentry and painting.

    Basic English, grammar, spelling, mathematics and record keeping.

    Company’s established policies, safety, environmental, and infection control policies and procedures.

    JOB SUMMARY Under supervision, assists and supports the professional members of the team responsible for engineering; provides plastic processing support to manufacturing for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding; performs engineering duties to set up engineering tests and validations; provides assistance to plastics engineer with test and evaluations; recommends improvements to manufacturing procedures; and performs other related duties as required. QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Minimum of three- (3) years business related experience, preferably in a manufacturing medical device industry.

    Education: Graduation from a recognized college with Associate Degree in Engineering, Science or Industrial Management or the equivalent in practical and specialized training. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education.
