Due to the special nature of international orders, all orders should be submitted in writing, either by mail or fax to U.S. Customer Service Department in Research Triangle Park. This will help ensure we ship the correct products, as well as confirming special banking, export and shipping arrangements. For orders shipping via ocean container, we suggest you specify a "product to fill", that is, a product we can add to your order at the time of packing to "cube out" space.
